If you suspect a fraud

FRAUD COMPLAINTS

If you clicked something called a "Fraud Guide," chances are you are concerned about a transaction relating to our game. We take these situations very seriously, so please read this guide to make sure the situation is properly handled.

IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD:

FX Games never stores, nor have access to, your credit card information. Payments are done through Apple (if you have an iOs device), Google Play (if you have an Android device), Amazon Appstore (if you have Amazon device, ie. Kindle), Micosoft (if you have Windows Phone device) or Facebook (using Facebook version of the game) and receipts are emails to you directly at the time of purchase. This means you'll have to contact them directly about the charge. Here's how:

For Apple (iOS) devices:

Head to Apple support and select the "Contact iTunes store support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" and search for the best option.

For Google (Android) devices:

Head to Google support and use the ‘Contact us’ button on the page (English language site only) to reach a Google customer support representative by email or by phone.

For Amazon (Kindle) devices:

Head to Amazon Support and use the ‘Contact us’ form on the page (English language site only) to reach a Amazon customer support representative by email or by phone.

For Windows Phone devices:

Head to Microsoft support page and select the “Billing”category, use the ‘Contact us’ button that will apear on the page to reach a Microsoft customer support.

For Facebook:

Head to Facebook payments payments support page use this form to contact Facebook.

I BOUGHT SOMETHING IN-GAME. WHERE IS IT?

It is possible Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft or Facebook are still processing the transactions. Please allow up to two days for each transaction to occur. While most are instantaneous, we have no control over their servers and they occasionally take a bit longer.

If it has been more than two days, please contact appropriate company using the information above. If any of these companies sent you back our way, feel free to message us at support@fxgamesmedia.com

SOME IMPORTANT TIPS TO REMEMBER ABOUT FRAUD

We will never ask for your account information or password. Anyone in the game, or elsewhere, that asks for such information is a scammer. Don't share your sensitive info so easily!

Almost more importantly, don't use third party websites or apps that claim to be able to "hack" our game or give you cheaper or free powerups. Not only are these third party services a violation of our terms of service and can result in a ban, they also have a very high risk of stealing your personal information. Only make purchases through the app, and through Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft or Facebook.
